Prejudice Perverts Perception™
• Learn how your mental maps of the world can limit your orientations, perceptions, and ultimately your performance. The first step towards greater awareness is understanding that Prejudice Perverts Perception™. Many of the decisions you make in any given day are guided by unconsciously formed mental habits. Through experience some judgements become reliable shortcuts, but not all experiences create useful perceptions.
• Non-Habitual Perception is a crucial component of discerning reality. It is a logical next-step beyond understanding how mind-maps funnel our thinking into preconceived categories. Moving beyond preconceived mind-maps is the path to create innovation. NHP helps one understand the environment, see possibilities, make decisions, and self correct when errors are made.
• Diversity and eclecticism of perspectives, insights, ideas, people, processes and purposes yields an open-source ethos conducive to innovative synthesis. Cross-discipline, cross-cultural bricolage is the artist’s way.

Tempo must be harnessed so as not to outstrip an individual’s or organization’s ability to adopt newly emergent paradigms.
